Website services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Supabase for application data and private file storage. Passport images are processed using Cloudflare Workers AI to extract names and nationalities and determine whether online registration is available. Authorised staff can review documents through temporary access links. If an image cannot be read reliably or the application needs assistance, please contact our team. The contact page offers an AI assistant. Avoid sharing passport numbers, payment details or sensitive documents in chat. External messaging platforms have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We will review your request in light of any service or legal obligations. For retention periods, document handling or a secure alternative to uploading, contact us before sending documents.
